An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales leader to drive sales within a young technology company, directly, and via a to-be-formed team, for the future. Your responsibilities would be to build on the initial company’s success of “Proof of Concept”, developing a range of clients, starting within the Tier 1 construction industry. You’ll gain and manage meaningful trials, gather user stories and build a platform to evolve wholesale adoption as the business looks to scale.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for developing profitable long-term business client relationships. You’ll build a team ranging from Back Office support to a Business Development Team. You’ll also take on a lead role in encouraging your workforce, to support the company wide gaol of being the best.

The salary is £40,000 with an OTE of £80,000.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Manager, leading a sale team
- Strong leadership skills
- A strong technical solutions background
- A passion for supporting & helping internal and external customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- IT literate for a Microsoft Platform
- Open minded approach to driving new initiatives.
- Ability to work off own initiative.
